All of our PTs are fully qualified with an NVQ level four in personal training, and are all fully insured. We are very selective with the personal trainers that we have working for us. They are reliable, professional, and most importantly passionate about what they do.

Upgrade option: If you purchase a block of three sessions and then decide after three that you would like to continue, you can pay the difference to upgrade to a 5 or 10 block, reducing your session price back down to £38.
